Given its atypical positioning as a company specialising only in customisation, EURO-P3C is in constant contact with all major card and cheque suppliers. Accordingly, we can identify and select the best supplier for any innovation our customers are looking for.

EURO-P3C for its innovations and all IT system developments relies on Euro-information, which has been Crédit Mutuel's Technology Subsidiary for four decades and which manages in particular the Information System (SI) of 16 Crédit Mutuel Groups, all CIC Banks and all subsidiaries in finance, technology, insurance, real estate, consumer credit, private banking and finance.

EURO-P3C, for example:

  • Helped the first French bank issue 85.5%-recycled PVC cards in March 2021. This bank, in fact, is already spreading the use of recycled PVC to all its products and launched the migration towards 100% recycled PVC.
  • We extended our support with the issuing of cards made of "ocean plastic" sourced from the waste collected on beaches or in oceans.
  • Moreover, the bank has been issuing dynamic CVV cards for several years now. This feature allows a regular CVV change for increased security without impacting the user.
  • At the beginning of 2022, a pilot project for biometric cards was launched. This card allows – after secure recording of the holders' fingerprint – to pay by placing the finger on a biometric sensor without typing the card's confidential code.
